Bison River Resort Dandeli, Dandeli

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The ideal surroundings with the lush green forest and the Kali River gave us a perfect nature backdrop, but the room condition was concerning with cleanliness issues. On the other hand, the food was quite good and the staff was eager to meet our needs, which somewhat made up for the room problems. However, the poor service and lack of maintenance significantly impacted my overall experience.

I had a particularly disappointing experience at the resort. While the location near the river is appealing, the state of the rooms and the service were far from acceptable. The food was lackluster and not enjoyable, leaving a lot to be desired. Overall, it was not worth the money I spent, and I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

While the location by the Kali River is beautiful and offers lots of adventure activities, the overall experience was marred by dirty accommodations, poor service, and subpar food quality. The staff didn’t seem trained for hospitality, and it felt like you constantly had to demand basic services. I definitely won’t be returning.

However, the cottages are in dire need of renovation and the dining experience left much to be desired. It gets extremely crowded during peak times, making it less peaceful than hoped. Overall, while the location is stunning, the facilities and services could use significant improvements.
